Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using JobPrism ("the Website"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website. These terms apply to both the Government Jobs side and the Private Tech Jobs side of the platform.
Description of Service
JobPrism is a dual-platform career portal that provides:
Government Jobs Side:
- Government job listings and real-time notifications across SSC, Banking, Railway, UPSC, Police, Teaching, and Engineering
- Study GPT — an AI-powered study assistant for competitive exam preparation
- Mock tests with detailed analytics, leaderboards, and performance tracking
- Study roadmaps, mindmaps, and mastery studio for concept practice
- Current affairs (news one-liners) updated daily
- Exam tracker with dates, admit cards, and result announcements
- Job calendar and scheduling features
- Collaborative study rooms
Private Tech Jobs Side:
- Private sector tech job listings from top companies
- AI Suite — career tools powered by AI (Career Architect, Resume Builder)
- ATS Resume Checker — verify resume compatibility with applicant tracking systems
- Course library with chapter-wise tech learning content
- Coding playground for practice
- Company profiles with active job listings
- Role-based job filtering (Frontend, Backend, Data Science, DevOps, etc.)
- Tech news aggregation
User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- Each person may only maintain one account — multi-account creation for reward farming is prohibited
Coin Economy
JobPrism operates a virtual coin system to access premium features:
Earning Coins:
- New users: Receive 200 bonus coins upon registration
- Watching ads: Earn 5 coins per ad view (subject to daily limits and rate limiting)
- Referrals: Earn bonus coins when referred users sign up
- Daily stipend: Premium users receive automatic daily coin grants (250–700 coins depending on plan)
Spending Coins:
- Mock tests: 5 coins per test
- AI Study GPT chats: 10 coins per session
- Daily passes and other feature unlocks
Important:
- Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Coins are non-transferable between accounts
- We reserve the right to modify coin earning rates, costs, or reset balances to prevent abuse
- Fraudulent coin earning (automated ad viewing, exploits, multi-account farming) will result in account suspension
Subscription & Payments
JobPrism offers the following subscription plans:
- Free Plan: Basic access with coin-based usage for premium features
- Govt Elite (₹99/month): 250 coins refilled daily, access to subscription-exclusive tools (Study Tracker, Calendar, Roadmaps, Mind Maps, Unit Hub Explorer), all coin-based features available
- Tech Pro (₹149/month): 450 coins refilled daily, unlimited AI Suite access, ATS resume checking, all tech courses unlocked
- Ultimate Bundle (₹199/month): All features from both plans, 700 coins refilled daily, priority support
Coin Top-Up Packages (One-Time):
- Starter Boost: 500 coins for ₹29
- Weekend Hacker: 1,500 coins for ₹69
- Pro Hunter: 5,000 coins for ₹149
- Elite Limitless: 15,000 coins for ₹399
Payment Process:
- Payments are currently accepted via UPI (scan QR code or use UPI ID)
- Premium activation is processed manually after payment verification
- Subscriptions are for a one-month period and do not auto-renew
- You must make a new payment each month to continue premium access
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if you are not satisfied with the service
- To request a refund, email jobprismhelp@gmail.com with your registered email and payment details
- Refunds will be processed to the original UPI payment source within 5–7 business days
- No refund will be provided after 7 days or if the account has been used extensively (more than 50 AI chats or 20 mock tests)
- Coins earned during the refunded period will be deducted from your balance
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
JobPrism uses artificial intelligence (including Google Gemini models) to power Study GPT, ATS Resume Checker, Career Architect, and other AI features. By using these features, you acknowledge that:
- AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors
- AI content is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, career counseling, etc.)
- You should always verify important information (exam dates, eligibility criteria, job requirements) from official government and company sources
- We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content
- AI features are provided "as is" and may be unavailable during maintenance or API disruptions
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Share your account credentials with others
- Create multiple accounts to farm coins or exploit rewards
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit vulnerabilities in the website
- Bypass rate limits, coin costs, or premium gates through technical manipulation
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
- Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through AI features
- Use AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
- Harass or harm other users
Intellectual Property
All content on JobPrism, including text, graphics, logos, software, mock test questions, study materials, and AI-generated content, is the property of JobPrism or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Third-Party Content & Links
JobPrism aggregates job information from various government and private sector sources. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is current or error-free. Always verify job details, eligibility criteria, and application deadlines on official websites before applying.
Links to third-party websites (official job portals, company career pages) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of external sites. Applying for jobs through external links is done at your own risk.
Disclaimer of Warranties
JobPrism is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Accuracy or completeness of job listings (government or private)
- That you will get selected for any job
- Results from using our study materials or AI tools
- Accuracy of AI-generated responses
- Continuous availability of third-party APIs (AI models, search, etc.)
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobPrism shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: missed job deadlines, incorrect AI advice, lost coins, or failed payment processing. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, including but not limited to: reward system abuse, automated access, security exploitation, or harmful content generation through AI features. Upon termination, your coin balance will be forfeit and any active subscription will be cancelled without refund.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
