• Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if you are not satisfied with our services.
• To request a refund, please email us at jobprismhelp@gmail.com with your registered email and payment details.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original UPI payment source within 5–7 business days.
• No refunds will be provided after 7 days, or if the account has been used extensively (more than 50 AI chats or 20 mock tests).
• Virtual coins earned during the refunded period will be deducted from your account balance.
